No cash is collected here
This preview has no working live or Waffo test checkout. A local QA order is synthetic and cannot charge or refund money. There is no public promise of instant or automatic cash refunds.
Generation failures and credits
No paid download credit is consumed until an approved, ready card is claimed. Supplier cost reservations are released only with confirmed non-billing evidence; unknown outcomes retain the cost hold. Returning an application credit or cost reservation is not a cash refund.
Cash refund requirements
Before commerce opens, an authenticated administrator must inspect the original order, exact full amount, currency and entitlement impact, explicitly confirm the refund, and submit through a verified Waffo refund adapter. The operation must be idempotent and retain its provider receipt. An ambiguous response must be queried before any retry.
Access after refunds
A confirmed refund revokes the linked undownloaded delivery entitlement. Existing private URLs must check current access on every request. A file already saved on a customer device cannot be recalled. The final commercial refund policy remains a release dependency. Support email is listed below.
